Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Window
Cancellations and reschedule requests are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment via the manage link in your confirmation. Inside the 24-hour window, please contact us directly.
No Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for cancellations, missed appointments, or unused time during a VIP Day.
Rescheduling
You may submit a reschedule request through your booking management link. Reschedule requests are reviewed and confirmed manually based on availability.
No-Shows
If you do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice, the full fee is forfeited and no rescheduling will be offered.
VIP Days
Due to the dedicated time blocked for VIP Days (Half and Full), cancellations within 7 days of the booked date are non-rescheduleable.
